终止电器t公美菱收购司

　　美菱电器(行情,美菱问诊)7月14日晚间公告，鉴于与意向出售方存在较大分歧，电器公司决定终止筹划收购欧洲Indesit公司，终止并承诺至少三个月内不再筹划重大资产收购事项。收购司

　　根据公告，美菱Indesit Company S.p.A是电器欧洲领先的家用电器制造商和分销商。根据美菱电器的终止战略规划，公司拟收购Indesit公司控股股东Fineldo S.p.A持有的收购司Indesit公司部分股权。
